Partner, Insurance Litigation — Charlotte

Seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy insurance-coverage practice in Charlotte. The role focuses on representing policyholders in disputed coverage claims and providing strategic insurance counseling across a range of industries.

The partner will lead matters from intake through trial, supervise associates, manage outside counsel when appropriate, and drive business development efforts to grow the practice. The team handles complex coverage disputes, declaratory-judgment actions, bad-faith defense and affirmative coverage litigation.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in insurance-coverage litigation representing policyholders
• Significant trial or dispositive motion experience and courtroom presence
• Proven business development skills and ability to originate or expand client relationships
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
