Established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Kansas City litigation team with a focus on insurance matters. The role centers on representing policyholders in disputed coverage claims and providing insurance counseling across commercial lines.

The successful candidate will take a lead role on significant coverage disputes, manage matters from intake through trial or resolution, and work closely with litigation colleagues nationally. This is an opportunity to grow a policyholder-side insurance practice within a well-resourced platform; a portable practice or existing client relationships will be valued.

Experienced insurance litigator with a track record representing policyholders in coverage disputes
Proven courtroom and dispositive-motion experience and ability to manage complex litigation teams
Strong client development skills; ability to bring or expand client relationships
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission
