Partner — Intellectual Property & Antitrust (Dallas)

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join the Dallas office to lead and expand a litigation-focused IP practice with complementary antitrust work. The role will handle high-stakes patent litigation (technology and life‑sciences focus) and antitrust matters, often connected to private equity and corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will join a team with established industry relationships across technology, life sciences and energy, and will work closely with transactional and trial groups. The team values courtroom experience, cross-practice collaboration and client-facing leadership.

Portable business and proven origination are welcome and will be considered as part of the hiring process. The firm offers an open compensation framework and integration into a collaborative national platform.

• Admission to the relevant state bar and JD degree.
• Significant partner-level patent litigation experience, including technology and/or life‑sciences matters.
• Demonstrable antitrust litigation or competition experience, preferably with matters tied to private equity or transactional disputes.
• Proven client development track record and ability to work across litigation and transactional teams.
