Seeking a partner to join a national practice with deep strengths in patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role will focus on life‑sciences and technology patent litigation, alongside antitrust work connected to private‑equity transactions and disputes.

The team collaborates across practices to handle complex, bet‑the‑company matters and energy‑related disputes, drawing on national resourcing and trial capabilities. The position offers significant client‑facing responsibility and a leadership role in business development.

• Proven trial and appellate experience in patent litigation and antitrust matters
• Track record of client origination and relationship leadership at partner level
• Experience advising life‑sciences and technology clients; familiarity with private‑equity–related antitrust issues
• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
