A highly regarded international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office, bringing together capabilities across Corporate, Intellectual Property, Antitrust & Competition, and Energy practices. The platform supports cross-disciplinary work in private equity, life sciences, technology, and energy.

The role suits a partner with an established practice who is drawn to a collaborative, cross-practice environment and a transparent compensation structure. The firm maintains a strong focus on private equity, life sciences and technology-driven patent litigation, and energy matters, with antitrust work frequently intersecting with private equity clients.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain and grow a substantial portable practice while contributing to the firm's broader client service across one or more of these core areas.

• Partner-level experience in Corporate, Intellectual Property, Antitrust & Competition, and/or Energy
• Demonstrated ability to originate and manage client relationships
• Experience serving private equity, life sciences, technology, and/or energy clients
• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
