Partner, Intellectual Property & Antitrust — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Washington, D.C. office in a cross-practice role focused on patent litigation and antitrust work. The role will sit at the intersection of IP disputes and competition matters, with strong industry emphasis on private equity, life sciences and technology clients.

The successful candidate will lead contested matters, develop and manage a high-value litigation book, and work collaboratively across technology and industry-focused teams. The role offers an established platform and a national litigation footprint.

• Established partner track record in patent litigation and antitrust litigation, preferably with experience advising private equity or life‑science/technology clients
• Proven litigation and trial experience handling complex, high-stakes matters
• Demonstrated business development capability and leadership in cross-practice teams
• Portable book of business of $3M (USD)
