Partner — Intellectual Property, Austin

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established intellectual property team in Austin. The role will involve leading client engagements, managing a team of IP lawyers and support staff, and helping grow the practice in the region.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience across patent prosecution and/or IP litigation, proven client development skills, and a track record of supervising associates. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative practice with national resources while maintaining a visible local profile.

• Law degree and active U.S. bar admission
• Established partner-level IP experience (patent prosecution and/or IP litigation)
• Proven client development and relationship-management skills; portable practice preferred
• Proven leadership and team management experience
