Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Phoenix office to help grow and lead the Intellectual Property and Corporate practices. The role will have a strong focus on patent and IP litigation as well as corporate transactions and governance matters.

The successful candidate will join an experienced team handling high-value litigation and corporate work, collaborate across offices on cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters, and help build client relationships in the region. The team welcomes partners with a portable practice who can contribute immediate revenue and strategic client development.

Proven partner-level experience in IP litigation, ideally including patent litigation
Demonstrable corporate transactional and governance experience
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong trial and/or dispute-resolution background and experience working on complex, high-value matters
