Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property practice in the Dallas office. The role will involve leading client matters, collaborating across practice groups, and contributing to growth of a busy IP practice.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record advising corporate and institutional clients on IP strategy and enforcement, and will be comfortable handling both litigation and counseling matters as needed. The team values business development and offers significant firm support for partner-level rainmaking and platform-building.

Admitted to practice in Texas (or able to obtain admission)
Significant partner-level experience in intellectual property law (litigation, counseling, and/or prosecution)
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable practice or proven business development record preferred
Strong written and oral advocacy skills and experience supervising junior lawyers
