Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Baltimore

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an intellectual property practice in the firm's Baltimore office. The role combines patent prosecution, licensing, and contentious work, with particular emphasis on Hatch–Waxman litigation and ITC Section 337 matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within a multidisciplinary IP team, working on high-stakes disputes and strategic counseling for technology and life‑sciences clients. There is opportunity for a portable practice and to contribute to business development and client relationship growth in the region.

• Partnership-level experience in patent prosecution and patent litigation, including Hatch–Waxman matters.
• Experience handling ITC/Section 337 investigations or comparable trade-remedy proceedings preferred.
• Proven record of originating and developing client relationships; ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
• Excellent team leadership and case-management skills; admission to practice in the U.S. (state bar or eligibility to obtain admission).
