Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to build and lead its patent litigation practice in Miami. The role offers a platform to handle high‑stakes IP disputes, work with sophisticated clients, and collaborate across offices and practice groups.

The successful candidate will manage trial-ready patent cases, supervise associates and support staff, and contribute to business development and client relationship management. This is a senior role with visibility across contentious and counseling matters in the IP space.

A portable practice and established client relationships are welcome — there is a clear opportunity to grow a book of business and play a central role in a busy, resourced team.

Established partner with significant patent litigation experience.
Proven trial and case-management track record handling complex patent matters.
Demonstrated business development ability and existing client relationships/portable practice.
Admissions and licensure appropriate for practice in Florida; strong leadership and mentoring skills.
