Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Minneapolis

Senior lateral partner opportunity to join a busy Intellectual Property litigation team in Minneapolis. The role focuses on leading patent litigation matters, managing complex disputes and guiding case strategy from pre-suit through trial and appeal.

The team handles high-stakes IP work for sophisticated clients across industries. The firm is seeking a partner who will drive business development, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices on integrated solutions.

Candidates with a portable patent-litigation practice or existing client relationships are encouraged to apply; the role requires demonstrated success in originating and developing business.

• Established track record in patent litigation, including managing major civil litigation matters
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships / portable practice
• Experience supervising associates and working in multi-disciplinary teams
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); federal court experience preferred
