Senior lateral hire to lead and develop an IP litigation practice in Montreal. The role focuses on non-pharmaceutical intellectual property disputes, with a heavy emphasis on technology-related matters including copyright and other tech IP issues.

The partner will join a well-resourced international firm platform and will take responsibility for case leadership, client development and mentoring junior litigation lawyers. This is an opportunity to build and steward a portable practice from within a broad global network.

Established IP litigation partner with demonstrable experience in technology and copyright disputes (non-pharma focus)
Track record of leading matters and supervising litigation teams
Proven business development capability; portable practice welcome
Qualified to practise in Canada or able to become qualified in Quebec/Montreal
