Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, New York

An established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York intellectual property litigation team. The role will focus on leading complex patent litigation matters, driving case strategy, and managing high-stakes disputes for sophisticated clients.

The partner will be expected to maintain and grow a portable practice, originate new business, and collaborate across offices and practice groups. Responsibilities include supervising associates, briefing and arguing dispositive motions, and advising on enforcement and defense strategies.

• Proven partner-level experience handling patent litigation matters in federal courts and before the ITC or patent offices
• Demonstrable client development track record and a portable practice or ability to originate work
• History of supervising and mentoring associates and leading litigation teams
• Admission to practice in New York (or eligible) and strong written and oral advocacy skills
