The successful candidate will take a senior role handling complex district-court and ITC-type patent disputes, supervising associate teams, and working closely with clients on strategy and case management. There is an expectation of contributing to business development; a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships are an important part of this opportunity.

Established partner with substantial patent litigation experience (district court and ITC or equivalent)
Track record of leading matters and supervising teams through all litigation phases
Proven client-development ability or a portable practice
Active bar admission and strong trial/briefing advocacy skills
