• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level patent litigation experience with trial and motion experience in federal courts
• Demonstrable record of business origination and client relationship development
• Ability to lead teams, supervise associates, and collaborate across practices
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to obtain admission
