The firm is a large, global firm with a significant IP platform; the Sacramento office is seeking a market-facing partner who can originate and grow matters while collaborating with national and international colleagues.

Proven track record in patent litigation (district court and/or ITC) and trial experience.
Established client relationships and ability to develop business; portable practice preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience mentoring associates.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and eligibility to practice in California.
