Established international law firm is recruiting an experienced IP partner to lead and grow its patent litigation practice in Munich. The role focuses on German patent litigation and cases before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), complementing the office s existing strengths in trademarks and copyright.

The partner will take a visible role managing complex contested matters, developing client relationships and expanding a portable patent-litigation book of business. This is a leadership appointment intended to broaden the office s contentious IP offering.

Proven track record in German patent litigation and UPC proceedings.
Significant litigation experience in contentious IP matters; courtroom and ADR experience preferred.
Established, portable client relationships / book of business in patent litigation.
Admission/qualification to practise in Germany and fluency in German (client-facing).
