Leading German law firm seeks a partner to head and grow its Technology, Media & Entertainment and Intellectual Property practice from the Munich office. The role offers responsibility for client work across technology transactions, IP strategy, licensing and related commercial matters.

The successful candidate will join an established team, collaborate with cross-practice specialists, and play a visible role in business development and practice shaping. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice and proven client relationships.

Established partner-level lawyer with deep experience in technology and/or intellectual property matters.
Proven track record of originating and managing client engagements; portable client relationships preferred.
Strong commercial and drafting skills on technology/IP transactions and licensing; experience with media/entertainment matters advantageous.
Ability to lead a team, develop business, and work closely with other practice groups; fluency in German and English typically required.
