Leading international firm seeks a partner to strengthen its German patent litigation capability. The role focuses on contentious patent work in German courts and before the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

This is a partner-level opening for an experienced litigator who will lead and grow a patent disputes practice in Munich, manage cases across German jurisdictions and the UPC, and work closely with dispute teams across the firm.

Proven partner-level experience in German patent litigation and UPC proceedings.
Established portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record in patent disputes.
Excellent advocacy and case-management skills; experience leading teams on complex infringement and validity matters.
Fluent in German and English; admitted to practise in Germany or equivalent litigation qualification.
