Seeking an experienced IP partner to join a well-established national practice in Silicon Valley. The role focuses on patent prosecution and counseling with a strong emphasis on life sciences technologies.

Ideal candidates will bring appellate and trade‑remedy experience (CAFC and ITC) alongside client counseling and prosecution capabilities. There is openness to candidates with a portable practice; business generation and client relationship development will be an important part of the role.

Established partner-level experience in patent prosecution and life sciences counseling
Demonstrable CAFC and ITC experience or equivalent appellate/trial experience in patent matters
Proven ability to develop business and manage client relationships; portable practice considered
Strong technical background relevant to life sciences and related technologies
