The role will involve advising domestic and international clients on a mix of contentious and non-contentious IP and technology matters, working with cross-practice teams on sophisticated projects.

The appointment is for a senior lateral with an established practice and demonstrable client relationships; there is flexibility on the specific sector focus within IP/tech. The team offers strong regional market presence and support for business development.

Experienced partner-level lawyer with a primary focus on Intellectual Property and Technology law.
Proven track record of originating and managing client work; portable client relationships expected.
Strong technical knowledge across IP (e.g., patents, trademarks, licensing) and technology-related transactions or disputes.
Excellent German and English language skills; ability to lead teams and develop business.
