The role combines high-value advisory work across technology transactions, IP licensing and disputes, and client-facing business development.
The partner will be responsible for originating and managing client matters, mentoring and building a team, and collaborating with other practice groups on cross-border and sector-led work.
- Portable book of business of ‚¬400$“500k (USD)
- Proven partner-level track record in technology/IP or TMT matters
- Demonstrable origination and client-development skills
- Experience leading teams and managing fee-earning matters
- Admission to practice in Germany or equivalent qualification; German language skills preferred
