Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Intellectual Property and Technology offering in Dusseldorf. The role combines client advisory, litigation strategy and transactional work across IP and technology matters.

The successful candidate will join a well-established team and be expected to develop and grow a commercial practice in the region. This is a visible role with responsibility for client relationships and business development within IP/tech sectors.

Experienced senior lawyer with a proven track record in intellectual property and technology matters.
Demonstrable client development experience and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong commercial judgment and experience handling both advisory and contentious IP/technology work.
Fluency in German and English; admitted or eligible to practise in Germany preferred.
