The role will focus on IP litigation and transactions, technology transactions, and cross-border corporate matters including M&A and capital markets work.

The successful candidate will help win and manage client engagements across life sciences, technology, financial services and energy sectors, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with national and international colleagues on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters.
