Partner, Litigation & Antitrust (Austin)

Established litigation partner role in Austin focused on antitrust/competition litigation and patent litigation across life sciences and technology matters. The role sits within a full-service litigation team that regularly handles complex, high-stakes disputes and has close ties to private equity and technology clients.

The team handles multi-jurisdictional contested matters and patent trials, and works alongside other practice groups on industry-specific disputes (including energy and life-sciences related litigation). The group operates with an open compensation approach and market-aligned billing rates have been noted.

• Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in antitrust litigation and patent litigation (life sciences/technology experience a plus)
• Extensive trial and motion practice experience on complex commercial disputes
• Ability to originate and develop relationships with private equity and corporate clients
