Well‑established German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Cologne disputes and compliance team. The role focuses on white‑collar crime, regulatory investigations and related commercial litigation across domestic and cross‑border matters.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop business with existing clients and work closely with internal compliance teams to advise on regulatory risk and preventive measures. The team handles high‑stakes investigations and contentious regulatory work for corporate clients and executives.

Open to candidates with an established, portable practice who can grow a book of business in the region.

Admission to the German bar (Rechtsanwalt) and significant post‑qualification experience in white‑collar crime, regulatory investigations or related litigation.
Proven track record of leading matters and advising on compliance and regulatory risk.
Client development ability; a portable practice or demonstrable origination record is desirable.
Excellent German and English language skills; ability to work on cross‑border matters.
