Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Houston office to build and lead matters at the intersection of litigation, corporate transactions and technology-focused legal work. The role will handle complex disputes, transactional work and advisory matters for clients in FinTech, cyber security and corporate governance.

The successful candidate will develop a book of business, collaborate with cross-office teams (including significant West Coast-facing work), and help grow a national technology-focused practice. This is a client-facing partner role with responsibility for originating and supervising work across litigation and corporate teams.

Proven partner-level experience handling litigation and corporate matters in FinTech, cyber security or related technology sectors
Track record of originating and cultivating client relationships; experience leading teams on M&A and related governance matters preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong courtroom and deal-side capabilities
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
