Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow a Miami-based litigation and corporate practice. The role combines big-ticket commercial litigation and transactional work, with responsibility for developing regional and international client relationships.

Search prioritizes team-based moves to accelerate transactional capacity and handle significant commercial disputes across sectors such as life sciences, financial services, technology, energy and automotive. The team will work with markets across the U.S. and key international hubs.

Established partner with a track record in commercial litigation and corporate transactional work (M&A).
Proven ability to originate or bring a portable practice; preference for team hires or partners with an anchor client base.
Experience advising clients in regulated, cross-border matters and coordinating with desks in major U.S. and international markets.
Strong client-development skills and demonstrable experience leading matters and junior lawyers.
