Seeking an established lateral partner to expand both commercial litigation and corporate transactional capabilities in a major New York practice. The role prioritizes team hires to increase transactional throughput and to strengthen capability on large, complex commercial disputes.

Preferred candidates will have deep sector experience (life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive) and a track record of originating and sustaining high-value client relationships across the firm s key markets. The team will work on cross-border matters and collaborate with colleagues in other major US and international offices.

Proven partner-level experience in big-ticket commercial litigation and corporate transactions
Track record of hiring or integrating as part of a team; preference for team moves over single-player lateral moves
Sector experience in one or more: life sciences, financial services, technology, energy, automotive
Willingness to work on cross-border matters with colleagues across the US and Europe
Portable book of business of $5M+ (USD)
