Proven track record in healthcare litigation, including False Claims Act (FCA) defense and managed care matters
Experience handling technology-related litigation (cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, AI or similar)
Significant trial and dispositive motion experience; ability to manage large, complex matters and teams
Established client relationships and demonstrated business development ability
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction or ability to waive in
