Established litigation practice seeks a lateral partner to join a busy Houston team handling complex commercial and civil matters. The role involves leading case strategy, managing litigation teams, and developing business in energy, commercial disputes, and regulatory-related litigation.

The team works across state and federal courts and with cross-practice colleagues on high‑stakes matters. The firm is looking for a trial-ready partner who can step into client-facing responsibilities and contribute to practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant trial and motion experience in commercial litigation
• Proven track record of client development and team leadership
• Active admission to practice in Texas (or eligible for admission)
