Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a high‑value litigation practice in New York, focusing on patent litigation (particularly life sciences and technology) and antitrust matters tied to private equity and M&A. The role will combine courtroom and appellate work with client development and case strategy across complex commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will join a multi‑disciplinary team handling technically sophisticated disputes, advising institutional and corporate clients through trial and significant pre‑ and post‑transaction litigation. This is a rainmaking role with responsibility for managing teams and cultivating new and existing client relationships.

Portable book of business of $3M+ (USD)
Established partner or equivalent with significant experience in patent litigation and complex commercial/antitrust disputes
Proven track record of leading trial teams and managing high‑stakes, technically complex matters (life sciences or technology preferred)
Demonstrated client development and business generation skills, especially with private equity and strategic corporate clients
