National law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Phoenix office to lead and grow litigation, intellectual property and corporate practices. The role will involve handling high-stakes IP litigation, mass-tort/product-liability matters, and corporate governance and transactional work with an emphasis on developing regional client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and experience originating and managing significant matters. The firm offers a collaborative platform across its national offices and flexibility on compensation structure for candidates with demonstrable books of business.

Established partner with a portable practice in litigation, IP litigation or corporate work
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and matters
Experience in mass tort/product liability, IP litigation, or ERISA-related litigation is a strong plus
Ability to collaborate across offices and contribute to business development
