Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate (Raleigh)

A well-established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Raleigh office to strengthen its litigation, intellectual property and corporate capabilities. The role will involve leading complex IP litigation, product liability and mass tort matters, while also supporting corporate governance and transactional work as needed.

Ideal candidates will have an established, portable practice and demonstrable client-development ability. The team values partners who can drive new business, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across offices in the Southeast and nationally.

• Partner-level experience with a track record in IP litigation, product liability or mass torts
• Portable book of business and demonstrated client origination/relationship skills
• Strong trial and/or dispositive motion experience preferred for litigation roles
• Ability to work collaboratively across practice groups and mentor associates
