Partner — Litigation, Intellectual Property & Corporate, San Francisco

Top-tier regional/national firm is hiring a partner to join and help grow its Litigation, Intellectual Property and Corporate practices in the San Francisco office. The role will suit a partner with a portable book who can build fee-bearing matters, collaborate across offices and mentor junior lawyers.

Priority areas for this hire are patent/IP litigation, corporate transactions and mass tort/product liability work. The team values candidates who can bring a ready pipeline of work, work with clients across multiple offices, and take a leadership role in expanding the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in one or more of: IP litigation, complex commercial litigation, mass tort/product liability or corporate practice
• Strong client relationships and demonstrable origination/business development skills
• Ability to collaborate across offices and to mentor associates
