Partner, Litigation & Intellectual Property — London

Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand an established litigation and intellectual property practice in the London office of a major international firm. The role focuses on complex IP disputes, class actions and privacy/data-protection litigation across domestic and cross-border matters.

The successful candidate will take a leading role on high-value litigation, manage and develop a specialist team, and work closely with clients across regulated sectors. This is a visible partner posting with scope to grow revenue and originate new work.

• Proven partner-level experience in IP litigation and related contentious work (including class actions and privacy/data-protection disputes).
• Strong advocacy, case management and client relationship skills; experience leading teams and mentoring senior associates.
• Ability to develop and originate business in the UK and internationally; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable.
• Admission/qualification to practise in the UK or equivalent international qualification appropriate for a London partner role.
