Experienced trial lawyer or IP litigator sought to join a national, full-service firm’s southeastern office to lead and grow litigation, IP litigation and corporate-linked practices. The firm is prioritizing candidates who can bring an established, portable book and who are comfortable developing cross-office client relationships.

Priority practice areas include patent and IP litigation, mass tort/product liability and corporate governance/ERISA matters. The role offers a collaborative platform with flexible compensation structures; equity is considered on a case-by-case basis.

While the primary location for this hire is Research Triangle Park, the firm is actively considering partners for other southeastern and West Coast offices who can help expand regional capability and originate new work.

Portable book of business of $850k+ (USD)
Established partner-level litigation or IP litigation practice with demonstrable client origination and portable revenue
Track record handling mass tort/product liability, complex IP disputes, or corporate governance/ERISA matters
Ability to collaborate across offices and to develop business in the southeastern U.S. (and potentially West Coast)
