Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property — Silicon Valley

Seeking an experienced partner to join a well-established US practice in Silicon Valley, with responsibility for growing litigation, intellectual property and corporate-related work. The role offers collaboration across multiple offices and the opportunity to build out mass tort/product liability and ERISA-related practice lines alongside established teams.

Ideal for a partner with a portable, client-facing practice who can lead matters, develop business and mentor junior lawyers. The team handles high-value IP litigation, complex product liability and corporate matters for technology and related industry clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in IP litigation, product liability or complex commercial litigation
• Demonstrable client origination and relationship-management skills
• Experience building or leading a multi-discipline practice and mentoring associates
