Partner, Litigation — New York

Senior litigation partner role for an established national firm’s New York office. The hire will lead high‑stakes commercial litigation matters across a range of industries, supervise case teams, and collaborate with colleagues across practices and offices.

The role requires strong courtroom and motion practice experience, the ability to manage complex discovery and trial preparation, and proven client relationship skills. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and, if applicable, bringing a portable practice.

• Established litigation partner track record at a national or international law firm
• Extensive experience in complex commercial litigation, including motion practice and trial or appellate exposure
• Proven client development and origination capabilities; comfortable with business development responsibilities
• Strong team leadership and matter management skills; admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
