Well-established litigation team in Austin seeks a lateral partner to lead and develop securities and white-collar matters. The role offers a senior seat on a busy docket of regulatory, enforcement and commercial litigation matters handled for national and international clients.

The firm is looking for a partner who will take responsibility for case strategy, client relationships and trial readiness, while mentoring associates and contributing to business development in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable client origination is valued.

Admission to the Texas bar (or ability to gain admission)
Established partner-level track record in securities litigation and/or white-collar enforcement
Proven experience leading trials or major hearings and managing litigation teams
Business development capability; portable book of business preferred
