Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established litigation team in Houston with a significant securities and white-collar practice. The role will involve leading complex securities disputes, regulatory matters and investigations, and representing clients in high-stakes litigation.

The team advises public and private clients across industries on enforcement, internal investigations and trial work. This is an opportunity to take on a senior client-facing role, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow the practice regionally.

Established partner-level credentials with a strong track record in securities litigation, regulatory enforcement and/or white‑collar matters.
Extensive courtroom and trial or arbitration experience preferred.
Proven client development and practice-building ability; portable practice welcome.
Admission to the relevant state bar and the ability to practice in Texas.
