Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Minneapolis litigation team with a focus on securities, healthcare and life‑sciences matters. The role will handle complex securities disputes, regulatory investigations and related white‑collar work for clients across the healthcare and digital health sectors.

The position offers a platform to lead matters, develop client relationships and grow a specialized practice at a well‑resourced office. Candidates with an existing portable practice in securities or healthcare-related litigation are encouraged to apply.

Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction(s) with an active bar admission.
Established partner- or senior‑associate‑level litigation experience, including securities litigation and/or regulatory investigations.
Experience advising or litigating matters for healthcare, life‑sciences or digital health clients preferred.
Demonstrated business development ability; candidates with a portable practice or proven client origination record will be prioritized.
