Partner, Litigation & Securities - Philadelphia

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a litigation-focused securities practice with significant work in healthcare and life sciences. The role will involve handling complex securities enforcement, regulatory matters, and commercial disputes, including matters tied to digital health and life-sciences clients.

The partner will join a well-established team and be expected to develop client relationships, supervise associates, and collaborate across regulatory and healthcare-focused practices. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating and managing high-value matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record in securities litigation, enforcement or white-collar matters, preferably with healthcare or life-sciences clients
• Proven experience leading case teams and mentoring junior lawyers
• Active bar admission and ability to practice in Pennsylvania (or eligibility for admission)
