Experienced litigation partner sought to join a well-established US law firm’s Weirton office to lead commercial and securities-related disputes. The role will focus on managing complex civil litigation and white-collar or securities matters, supervising associates and developing local practice growth.

The team handles a range of disputes for private and commercial clients; the successful candidate will be expected to build client relationships, lead trials and hearings as needed, and collaborate with colleagues across practices to service regional matters.

Established litigation partner with substantial trial and courtroom experience.
Proven experience on securities-related and/or white-collar matters preferred.
Demonstrable ability to originate and grow client work; portable practice or book of business a strong plus.
Strong management skills with experience supervising associates and developing practice lines.
Licensed to practice in the relevant state or able to obtain admission promptly.
