Partner — Litigation & Technology, Miami

Leading partner role for an established national practice seeking an experienced litigator with strong technology and corporate M&A capabilities. The successful candidate will handle complex fintech and cyber-security matters, combining contentious and transactional work across sectors.

This is a client-facing team leadership role: you will originate and manage key engagements, collaborate with corporate and technology specialists, and help grow the practice regionally and cross-border.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant partner-level experience in litigation and technology-related matters, including fintech and cyber-security
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading teams on complex deals and disputes
• Excellent commercial judgment and experience working on cross-jurisdictional matters
