Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record of handling complex commercial and technology-related litigation, including class actions or significant privacy/data-protection matters
Strong client development skills and existing relationships in the technology sector
Admission to practice in New York (or ability to obtain) and significant partner-level experience
