Partner — Litigation (Toronto)

Leading Canadian office seeking an experienced litigation partner to join a busy disputes practice. The hire will work across commercial litigation, environmental, construction, securities and white-collar matters, and will have the opportunity to develop a significant regional practice.

The firm is hiring opportunistically for the right senior lawyer. Group or team moves are welcome and preferred where the partner s portable business supports a team. Candidates should be able to delegate to and develop associates while maintaining high billing standards.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation practice in one or more of: environmental, construction, securities, white-collar or estates litigation
• Proven ability to generate and grow matters at strong billing rates (not built on heavy discounts)
• Track record of mentoring/delegating to associates and managing a litigation team
