Partner, M&A & Intellectual Property — Toronto

Senior partner role in a full-service international firm seeking a partner to lead and grow M&A work with complementary intellectual property matters. The role is based in Toronto and will sit within an established transactional team that handles cross-border US-Canada deals.

The group is looking for an experienced rainmaker who can both originate work and integrate with existing deal teams. The firm is open on seniority and receptive to candidates considering a later-career move or a long-term leadership role.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• US bar qualification and active practice of US law
• Significant partner-level experience in M&A, including cross-border transactions
• Open to candidates who would bring a team (2-5 associates) and to flexible office location arrangements
