Partner — M&A, Private Equity & Project Finance

Seeking a senior transactional partner to lead and grow a cross-practice team focused on M&A, private equity, infrastructure/project finance and related real estate and technology matters. The role involves originating and executing complex deals for corporate and sponsor clients across the United States.

The successful candidate will join a large, multi-jurisdictional practice and will be expected to manage senior client relationships, supervise deal teams, and collaborate with specialists in finance, real estate and data/security matters.

• Established partner with a strong track record in M&A, private equity, and infrastructure/project finance transactions
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills; experience leading cross-disciplinary deal teams
• Significant experience advising sponsors, corporate buyers/sellers, and/or lenders on complex transactions
• Admissions and credentials appropriate to practice in the United States
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
