Partner, Patent Litigation & Finance-Related Disputes — New York

Senior partner hire to lead and expand a busy patent litigation practice in New York, with responsibility for high-value matters and team leadership. The role requires managing trial and appellate work, developing strategy across complex IP disputes, and coordinating with related finance and structured-finance practices.

This is an opportunity to grow an established practice, originate new matters and cross-sell into corporate and finance-focused clients. The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team and be expected to drive business development in the region.

• Proven track record in patent litigation, including trial and appellate experience
• Experience advising on matters that intersect with finance/structured finance is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
