Senior partner hire to lead and expand a busy patent litigation practice in New York, with responsibility for high-value matters and team leadership. The role requires managing trial and appellate work, developing strategy across complex IP disputes, and coordinating with related finance and structured-finance practices.

This is an opportunity to grow an established practice, originate new matters and cross-sell into corporate and finance-focused clients. The successful candidate will work with a multidisciplinary team and be expected to drive business development in the region.

Proven track record in patent litigation, including trial and appellate experience
Experience advising on matters that intersect with finance/structured finance is a plus
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
