Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Brussels privacy and data protection team. The role involves advising multinational and European-based clients on compliance, cross-border data transfers, regulatory response, and transactional privacy aspects.

The partner will work closely with privacy, regulatory and commercial teams across jurisdictions, contribute to business development, and help grow a continental European practice from the Brussels office. The role is client-facing and requires building and managing high-value relationships.

Established partner-level experience in privacy and data protection law (EU/Belgium focus)
Proven track record advising on GDPR compliance, cross-border data transfers, regulatory investigations and transactional/privacy due diligence
Demonstrable business development skills and a portable client base or clear ability to originate work
Fluency in English; additional European language skills advantageous; admission to an EU bar or equivalent credential preferred
